Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Fort Myers, FL.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous apartment/multifamily leasing experience REQUIRED
- Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of leasing, tours, applications, and resident relations
- Experience with prospecting, follow-ups, and closing leases
- Comfortable meeting leasing goals and maintaining high occupancy
- Property management software experience preferred
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Must be available to start ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct property tours and showcase apartment homes
- Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects
- Process applications and assist with lease paperwork
- Generate traffic and work toward occupancy goals
- Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents
- Assist with resident concerns and day-to-day office operations
- Maintain accurate records and follow property procedures
