Maintenance Night Supervisor - Highest Priority
Stevensville, Michigan
Salary: $70K - $80K
<ul>
<li>Schedule: Approximately 3 PM–1 AM.</li>
<li>Experience: Relevant fleet, truck, or automotive maintenance background.</li>
<li>Leadership:&nbsp; Supervisory or lead mechanic experience preferred; strong candidates with leadership potential considered.</li>
<li>Primary focus: Lead technicians and prioritize repairs and preventive maintenance, so trucks are ready for morning routes.</li>
<li>Technical knowledge: Diesel diagnostics, electrical, hydraulics, brakes, and safe maintenance practices.</li>
<li>Flexibility: No rigid years-of-experience requirement; open to backgrounds outside the waste industry.</li>
