What You’ll Do
In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage and support a wide variety of organizational projects. You’ll help translate ideas into action by coordinating tasks, tracking resources, driving timelines, and promoting innovation. Your work will directly support the mission of KVC, bringing meaningful change to the children and families we serve.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor multiple projects across business units

Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders

Help define and implement project management strategies and roadmaps

Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address project needs and priorities

Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope

Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards

Operate independently with a proactive, solution-focused approach
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with behavioral healthcare practices is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience drafting reports and presenting to stakeholders

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
