 We are Archadeck Outdoor Living, North America’s leading designer and builder of outdoor living spaces such as decks, porches, sunrooms, hardscape patios, and shade structures. RESPONSIBILITIES 
<ul>
<li>Work on exterior residential remodeling projects</li>
<li>Deliver finished product to satisfaction of the contract specs and client expectations</li>
<li>Coordinate your employees to ensure they understand and work to construction drawings in compliance with the specified details</li>
<li>Maintain orderly job site by cleaning up daily and assuring safety practices are utilized</li>
<li>Maintain positive relations with customers</li>
<li>Comply with the Subcontractor Agreement as signed</li>
</ul>
 QUALIFICATIONS 
<ul>
<li>Must be a carpentry crew of at least two people (framing and finishing), we are not seeking individual carpenters</li>
<li>Background in good carpentry techniques, framing, and trim- the foundation through roof</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret plans, determine elevations and check take-offs</li>
<li>Willing to learn and follow documented processes</li>
<li>Able to pass background check</li>
<li>Clean and neat appearance</li>
<li>Must be a registered business with current Certificates of Insurance &amp; WC Insurance</li>
