Entry-Level Python Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Python Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of Python programming, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn modern development tools and frameworks. You will work with experienced developers to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code.
- Assist in developing web applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot software issues.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams.
- Participate in code reviews and implement feedback.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Work with databases to store and retrieve application data.
- Learn and implement software development best practices.
- Support deployment and maintenance of applications.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite).
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Knowledge of REST APIs.
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Django or Flask.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Linux command line.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Docker or containerization.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Internship, academic projects, or personal Python projects are a plus.
