Now Hiring: Site Surveillance Technician
Are you a hands-on problem solver with technical expertise? Join our team at Synergy Florida as a Site Surveillance Technician and help deliver cutting-edge security solutions to our clients throughout Tampa and the surrounding areas!
Pay Rate is $24.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Install Surveillance Poles: Design layouts then assemble, program, and install surveillance poles with precision, ensuring they meet Synergy’s high standards.
- Perform Quality Control: Inspect and test poles, cameras, and devices to guarantee flawless functionality.
- Service and Maintain Equipment: Conduct routine maintenance, ordering and activating routers, Verizon portal management pulling feeds when requested by builders, troubleshoot any issues, and manage the repair and replacement process.
- Train End Users: Demonstrate pole features and train users to operate and maintain surveillance systems confidently.
- Manage Inventory: Track, update, and report on inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Use of CRM: Manage tasks, maintain logs, submit reports, document all activities with attention to detail.
- Complete Service Orders: Be able to fill and complete parts for service orders in CRM system.
- Vehicle and Trailer Upkeep: Ensure company vehicles and trailers are clean, operational, and ready for use.

Requirements:
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable in setting up networks, IP addressing, and port forwarding.
- Experienced in setting up surveillance systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company guidelines.
