We're searching for a Connexall Middleware Enginner for St. Louis, MO to support the design, development, and optimization of healthcare integration solutions. This role requires deep hands-on expertise with Connexall and a strong background in middleware integration within clinical environments.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and supporting clinical communication workflows, ensuring seamless interoperability across healthcare systems and devices.

What the role will do?

- Design, configure, and maintain Connexall middleware solutions for healthcare environments
- Develop and support integrations between clinical systems (EMR/EHR, nurse call, RTLS, alarms, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement clinical communication workflows
- Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance, reliability, and scalability
- Work with HL7, APIs, messaging queues, and other integration protocols
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for middleware architecture
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of integration solutions
- Document system configurations, workflows, and technical designs

Mandatory Qualifications
\n

- 5+ years of experience in middleware integration engineering
- Hands-on experience with Connexall (mandatory)
- Proven experience working in healthcare environments (hospitals, clinical systems, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of:
- HL7 messaging and healthcare data standards
- Integration engines and middleware platforms
- Clinical communication platforms and workflows
- Experience integrating systems such as:
- EHR/EMR systems
- Nurse call systems
- Medical devices, alarms, and RTLS
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
