- Complete work orders to efficiently make repairs to housing units
- Perform maintenance tasks
- Participate in the annual inspection of units
- Inspect vacant properties, complete make ready list
- Perform a variety of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and preventive maintenance tasks
- At least 5yr experience in residential maintenance
- Prefer certification in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, (not required)
