- General Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on club facilities, including fitness equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
- Outdoor Maintenance: Maintain landscaping, parking lots, walkways, and outdoor recreational areas, including snow removal, debris cleanup, and seasonal care.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of indoor and outdoor areas to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.
- Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and resolve issues to ensure minimal disruption to club operations.
- Other Properties: Provide maintenance support for additional real estate properties owned or managed by the organization, ensuring consistency in quality and upkeep.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs, maintenance projects, or large-scale renovations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and track inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper functioning of equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe environment for members, staff, and visitors.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Facilities Manager and other team members to prioritize tasks and complete projects efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of completed work, including repairs, inspections, and maintenance logs.
