Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead contact for clients throughout construction projects.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Mentor and coach Project Managers and Superintendents.

Manage construction work, particularly larger and more complex projects.

Participate in bidding and subsequent contracting with owners and subcontractors.

Track RFIs on a weekly and timely basis.
-
Track and manage Change Orders.
-
Manage Monthly Owner Requisitions.
-
Track Subcontractor Invoices and Billings.
-
Oversee project accounting and project financial activities.
-
Manage project schedules.
-
Review and work with Architectural, Structural, and MEP plans and specifications.
-
Apply knowledge of construction materials, means, and methods to project execution.
Qualifications and Certifications:

Senior-level construction project management experience.
-
Experience building client relationships and managing construction projects.
-
Experience mentoring Project Managers and Superintendents.
-
Strong knowledge of construction materials, means, and methods.
-
Ability to understand Architectural, Structural, and MEP plans and specifications.
-
Proficiency in project accounting.
-
Proficiency in project scheduling using Microsoft Project.
-
Proficiency in Procore.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
