Searching for a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician for Manufactured Housing Community. Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, sewer, electrical, building, ground maintenance, and mechanical maintenance. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. Health insurance offered after 90 days. Paid time off. Must have drivers license and a clean driving record. Person must be able to effectively work as a team and manage daily schedules and tasks. *MUST LIVE WITHIN 25 MILES OF BROWNS MILLS*
