About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Tech to join our facility's maintenance team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our physical plant, equipment, and facilities. Your attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems

• Respond to maintenance requests and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner

• Conduct daily rounds to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in maintenance and repair techniques
