- Develop document and execute test cases for application and embedded software. - Identify document and track software defects inconsistencies and performance issues using bug tracking systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers hardware engineers and product managers to understand requirements. - Analyze test results provide feedback to engineering teams and suggest improvements to enhance software performance and reliability.

Preferred Skills:- Familiarity with regulatory standards FDA and practices for medical software development IEC 62304 preferred.Required skills to have for the success of this role: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field. - Familiar understanding of communication protocols such as TCP/IP UDP Serial and UART. - Familiar with programming languages such as C C or Python for automation testing. - Experience with version control systems e.g. Git SVN and continuous integration tools e.g. Azure DevOps. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

This is a Contract position based out of Newton, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
