Your Role Responsibilities:

  3. Prepare, review, and negotiate residential purchase agreements and listing contracts with precision.

  5. Maintain an organized and responsive approach to managing your active pipeline using our advanced team CRM system.
  6. Host professional open houses and manage property tours with exceptional, five-star client hospitality.

Qualifications:

  1. Active California Real Estate License (Strictly Required).

Job Details:

  1. Job Type: Full-time, 1099 Contractor
  2. Pay: $85,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year (High-Earning Commission Potential / Uncapped)
  3. Benefits: Flexible schedule, Live inbound lead systems, Comprehensive backend transaction support, Elite conversion coaching, Zero desk fees.
  4. Schedule: Self-determined schedule, Monday to Friday with weekend availability required to service live buyer tour requests.
  5. Supplemental Pay: Commission pay, Performance bonus opportunities.
