The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in .NET, C#, AWS and API development, along with the ability to guide development teams, improve engineering practices and manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead the design, development and maintenance of enterprise web applications, including new features and user interface enhancements.

\n

• Organize and assign development tasks, monitor progress and guide the team toward project deadlines and deliverables.

\n

• Build responsive user interfaces and integrate APIs, web services and data sources to support application functionality and performance.

\n

• Develop and maintain AWS solutions using Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFront, AWS CDK with TypeScript and IAM.

\n

• Mentor developers through technical guidance, coaching and knowledge sharing.

\n

• Conduct code reviews and unit testing to maintain code quality, reliability and maintainability.

\n

• Execute automated tests during functional and regression testing cycles.

\n

• Investigate, reproduce and resolve application defects and automation issues, and verify fixes.

\n

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and onshore and offshore resources to deliver solutions and resolve technical challenges.

\n

• Provide system analysis, technical recommendations and clear updates to users, management and stakeholders.

\n

• Identify opportunities to improve development processes, automation and engineering practices.

\n

• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-driven development approaches for relevant use cases.

\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

\n

• 7+ years of relevant .NET web application development experience.

\n

• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML and SQL.

\n

• Advanced knowledge of AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFront, AWS CDK with TypeScript and IAM.

\n

• Experience developing and consuming APIs and web services.

\n

• Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery practices.

\n

• Strong understanding of database schemas, SQL queries and data integration.

\n

• Expert understanding of Agile software development practices.

\n

• Thorough knowledge of quality assurance processes, testing tools and methodologies.

\n

• Knowledge of AI-driven development patterns.

\n

• Proficiency with Visual Studio and Microsoft Office applications.

\n

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.

\n

• Ability to assess automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical requirements.

\n

• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

\n

• Ability to mentor team members, influence decisions and adapt to shifting priorities.

\n

• Experience collaborating with distributed onshore and offshore teams.

\n

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.

\n

• 5+ years of experience developing C# and ASP.NET MVC web applications.

\n

• 5+ years of experience working with JSON, REST and SOAP web services.

\n

• Experience with AWS MediaConvert.

\n

• Experience with Python.
