Job Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Person/Groundskeeper to join our team. In this role, you will trim trees and hedges, mow and manicure laws, maintain gardens, and keep pathways clean, Blow Parking Lots, Clean Windows, Travel to other commercial properties and do Maint as required. Clean Restaurant on Thursday and Friday morning Before Buffett opens. We want someone that can work work Independently and Do Light Maint work when needed. Must have transportation. Only apply if you have had experience at grounds keeping. This is very important as these are commerial properties. Must have own Transportation. We supply all equipment, but you must have your own tools. Ultimately, your goal is to keep the facilitys surroundings beautiful and inviting. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with a strong understanding of lawn care and landscaping.

Responsibilities:

• Fertilize, mow, weed, and edge lawn areas
• Maintain garden areas, including pruning, weeding, and mulching
• Trim hedges, bushes, and trees
• Maintain clean pathways
• Ensure outdoor areas are protected from inclement weather
• Operate push as well as other landscaping equipment
• Schedule any required specialized services
• Blow All parking lots
• Wash all Windows at Commercial Properties on the outside
• Keep trash pickup from surrounding areas and parking lots
• Water Plant

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Groundskeeper, Landscaper, or other position is preferred
• High school diploma/GED is preferred
• Familiarity with landscaping equipment and machinery
• Understanding of sprinkler systems
• Knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, and gardening techniques
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
• Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
• A background and Drug tet will be completed.
• Have your own reliable transportation.
