We are seeking a Senior Data Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Python, and data warehousing and analytics and a proven ability to deliver actionable insights, automate data processes, and resolve complex data issues to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies for finance, risk, and operations.

\n

• Write and optimize complex SQL and Oracle PL/SQL, including stored procedures, triggers, and functions.

\n

• Design and implement reporting solutions and visualizations using SQL and Python.

\n

• Automate manual tasks, data reconciliations, and data quality checks with Python.

\n

• Develop analytical reports and dashboards based on business requirements.

\n

• Resolve complex data issues to ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems.

\n

• Collaborate with technology and business partners to identify strategic solutions.

\n

• Communicate technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

\n

• Contribute to scope, objectives, and enhancements during development and implementation phases for high-impact projects.

\n

• Manage multiple workstreams, drive issue resolution, and support technology solution design.

\n

• Review processes to identify inefficiencies and propose automation solutions.

\n

• Author architectural proposals, technical solutions, and executive-ready communications.

\n

• Serve as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members.

\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n

\n
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience as a Senior Data Developer or Data Analytics Lead.

\n

• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, including complex query design and optimization.

\n

• Proficiency in Python for analytics and automation.

\n

• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data warehousing.

\n

• Experience with data analysis, data profiling, and data quality practices.

\n

• Experience mentoring or leading data analysts in a cross-functional setting.

\n

• Strong interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills.

\n

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet regulatory deadlines.

\n

• Awareness of AI/ML tools and techniques such as machine learning, NLP, and predictive modeling.

\n

Preferred Skills:

\n

\n
• Practical experience applying AI/ML in analytics projects.

\n

• Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
