Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Java/.NET Developer with strong experience across container orchestration, CI/CD automation, database pipelines, observability, and production support. This role blends hands‐on development with platform engineering and operational excellence, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable application delivery across cloud and on‐prem environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and .NET
- Build and deploy microservices on Kubernetes, including Amazon EKS and OpenShift
- Implement and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines for application and database deployments
- Manage secrets and configuration securely across environments
- Work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server databases, including schema changes, performance tuning, and database CI/CD automation
- Configure and maintain monitoring and observability solutions (logs, metrics, traces) to ensure system reliability
- Troubleshoot environment issues across dev, QA, staging, and production
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and drive long‐term fixes
- Provide production support, ensuring high availability, performance, and rapid issue resolution
- Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, QA, and Architecture teams to improve deployment workflows and platform stability
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational best practices
Required Technical Skills
- Development: Java, Spring Boot, .NET Core
- Containerization & Orchestration: Kubernetes, EKS, OpenShift
- CI/CD: GitLab, GitLab Runners, GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Secret Management: Vault, Kubernetes Secrets, GitLab Secrets (or equivalent tools)
- Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, schema design)
- Database CI/CD: Automated migrations, versioning, deployment pipelines
- Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, CloudWatch, Dynatrace, or similar
- Troubleshooting: Environment issues, deployment failures, performance bottlenecks
- RCA & Production Support: Incident analysis, stability improvements, on‐call support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API development
- Familiarity with SRE practices and operational automation
- Experience with infrastructure‐as‐code (Terraform, Helm)
- Understanding of security best practices for cloud and containerized workloads
