About the Role
\n
We are seeking a highly experienced Manager, AI Product & Data Architecture to lead the strategy, design, modernization, and implementation of enterprise AI and data solutions. This role will be responsible for driving AI-powered innovation, defining scalable product architectures, modernizing legacy platforms, and embedding intelligent decision-making capabilities into business processes.

The ideal candidate will combine strong expertise in AI Product Architecture, Data Architecture, Cloud Technologies, and Technical Product Management while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions.

What You'll Own
\n
- \n
- Lead end-to-end AI and Data Product Architecture from concept, design, and roadmap through implementation and deployment.
- Define and maintain enterprise data architectures, data models, and interoperability standards.
- Drive modernization initiatives, including migration of legacy/on-premise applications to cloud-based architectures.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-powered solutions and intelligent automation.
- Define AI product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and implementation strategies.
- Design scalable, configurable, and interoperable AI integration architectures.
- Establish deployment models supporting cloud, hybrid, and marketplace-based solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, product management, and operations teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Define API strategies and integration frameworks to support AI-powered products.
- Ensure governance, security, compliance, and data integrity across AI and data ecosystems.
- Support implementation, adoption, and operationalization of AI solutions across business functions.

Must-Haves
\n

- 10+ years of experience operationalizing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Technical Product Management.
- Proven ownership of AI and Data Product Architecture from strategy through implementation.
- Strong experience with Enterprise Data Architecture and Data Modeling.
- Experience integrating AI solutions into business processes and enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Experience leading cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience designing and managing enterprise APIs and integration architectures.
