Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners and conduct listing consultations
• Present pricing and marketing strategies
• Develop listing plans to attract qualified buyers
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of sellers
• Guide sellers from listing agreement through closing
• Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction teams
