Job Description
RESIDENT LIAISON / LEASING AGENT · GREENVILLE AND SPARTANBURG, SC · FULL-TIME
Fill homes. Earn more.
$20 to $24 an hour, plus commission on every lease you sign.
The more people you help move in, the more you make. Full-year agents are on pace for about $44K to $64K this year, commission included.
Sounds too good to be true?
Fair question. Here's who you'd be joining. NOAH Property Management has been in Greenville for more than three years and takes care of about 3,000 apartment units across the Upstate. You'd join a team of leasing agents who answer fast and tell people the truth.
Why this role matters at NOAH
You're the first person a new resident meets. Some of them have been turned down somewhere else. NOAH doesn't use credit scores to decide who gets a home, so you get to say "yes" more often than most leasing agents ever do. You help someone find a safe, fair place to live, and you treat them with respect from the first call.
How you'll work
- People First. Always. Every caller is a person looking for a home, not a lead.
- One NOAH. One Standard. Every prospect gets the same honest answer at every community.
- Turn no's into "yes, and." If one home doesn't fit, you find the one that does.
- Always growing and raising the bar. You learn our communities, our programs and your numbers.
- Every voice matters. You listen first, then help.
- Second chances create new possibilities. Someone's past doesn't decide their next home.
From the team
"I felt proud when I helped a Spanish-speaking resident who was overwhelmed during move-in. I walked them through every step in Spanish until they felt at ease. By the end, they were smiling and laughing. NOAH creates safe, welcoming communities where both residents and employees can grow. It's a place where people feel at home and supported."
Marcela Lopez, NOAH team member
Who you are
- You like people, and people like talking to you.
- You follow up. Every call, text and email gets an answer.

What you'll do
- Answer calls, texts and emails fast, and give tours of open homes.
- Walk people through the application, the lease and move-in.
- Keep homes ready to show, post listings online and on social media, and keep your records current in Entrata.
What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent. An associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.

VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL
ENLACE CON RESIDENTES / AGENTE DE ARRENDAMIENTO · GREENVILLE Y SPARTANBURG, SC · TIEMPO COMPLETO
Llena viviendas.
Cómo vas a trabajar
- Las personas primero. Siempre.

Qué vas a hacer
