What You’ll Do (Initial Phase)

• Perform commercial cleaning for offices, facilities, and common areas
• Follow systems, checklists, and quality standards
• Communicate updates, issues, and supply needs clearly
• Represent the company professionally at every job site

What You’ll Grow Into

• Supervising and leading cleaning teams
• Training new hires on systems and expectations
• Managing schedules and job assignments
• Helping improve processes and maintain service quality

Requirements

• Reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic and consistency
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Strong communication skills
• Physically able to handle cleaning tasks
