Location: Onsite 5 days a week - Cincinnati Ohio 45202 - 6 Month Contract with Renewals

Bill Rate: $65 -$75 per hour W-2 // NO (Corp-to-Corp, H1B, OPT)

CBTS is searching for a Java FS Service Developer to participate in a multi-squad team tasked with modernizing our legacy customer servicing platform. The job will be mostly java/backend services focused. Experience in front end development/Angular will also be helpful. Participate on an application delivery team and deliver high-quality solutions by adhering to company best practices. This highly collaborative role will need to work closely with stakeholders, end users, and functional and technical team members, in order to deliver quality solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

- Developing scalable, distributed, multi-threaded applications using Java/Spring.
- Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Writing well designed, testable, efficient code.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Build and manage development, test, integration, performance and stage environments.
- Collaborate with team members in design reviews, development and code reviews.
- Identify opportunities for future enhancements and refinements to standards, best practices and development methodologies.

Requirements:
\n
- \n
- Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline (Computer Science, Engineering)
- 7+ Years of Java, Angular and backend Services Software Development experience.
- Proven working experience in Java development.
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies.
- Experience in the Spring Framework.
