Job Title: Product Support / Junior Data Analyst
Location: Doral, FL (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract (1 year+)
Overview:
Join a dynamic team of a Latin American technology company is seeking a looking for a Junior Data Analyst – Product Support to join our team in Doral, FL. This role combines data analysis, reporting, and product support. You’ll analyze product performance, pricing, and market trends while supporting product launches and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze product data and market trends to support product decisions.
- Create and maintain Excel reports, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and charts.
- Assist in developing and tracking product launch timelines.
- Support pricing analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of post-college experience in a data-driven or analytical role.
- Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and PivotTables) are essential.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong communication skills.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

- Not a remote position – must be available to work on-site in Doral, FL.
- Punctuality and attendance are critical.
- Benefits: Optional medical, dental, vision, and life insurance available through payroll provider starting the 1st of the month after hire. Paid holidays available after 6 months, and 1 week of vacation after 1 year.
