Maintenance Worker

At Dubois Continuum of Care Community, we strive to provide exceptional care and services to our residents, and we're seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, as well as performing outdoor grounds keeping duties such as snow removal and lawn mowing. You will also be responsible for patching and painting walls and ceilings. This is a full-time position that requires at least 32 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work

• Perform outdoor grounds keeping duties, including snow removal and lawn mowing

• Patch and paint walls and ceilings

• Must be 18 years or older

• Prior experience in maintenance or repair work is required, with 1-3 years of experience preferred

Compensation:

Wage is based on experience, with a range of $15-$18 per hour.
