We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect / Lead Senior Developer with 12+ years of Salesforce experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, development, and solution design, along with hands-on experience working in the banking/financial services domain. This role requires someone who can provide technical leadership, solve complex business challenges, and work effectively with stakeholders.

🔑 Must-Have Skills

- 12+ years of strong experience in Salesforce development and architecture
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Strong experience in the Banking / Financial Services domain
- Expertise in Salesforce solution architecture and technical design
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development and customization
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
- Experience providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
