Salary: 90K to 125K per annum

<li>Revit, Inventor, Navisworks (working knowledge)</li>

\n
<li>Pioneer RMS</li>
\n</ul>

Qualifications
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management + 3 years in fenestration systems, OR Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or related field + 8 years, OR 10 years of relevant experience.</li>
\n
<li>Strong understanding of construction documents and project management tools.</li>
\n
<li>Effective verbal and written communication.</li>
\n
<li>Knowledge of structural and mechanical engineering principles.</li>
\n
<li>Proficient in drafting and applying standards.</li>
\n
<li>Skilled in AutoCAD; experience with Revit and Inventor preferred.</li>
\n
<li>Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.</li>
\n
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.</li>
