Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and basic HVAC troubleshooting.

Maintain facility grounds and common areas to ensure safety and neatness.

Manage room turns and prepare apartments for new residents moving into the community.

Respond promptly to maintenance work orders submitted by staff and residents.

Routinely inspect emergency systems (lighting, call bells, door alarms) to ensure full compliance with state safety regulations.

2 years of general maintenance, handyman, or apartment turnover experience.

Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical systems.

Strong troubleshooting skills and a high attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and a respectful, compassionate attitude toward elderly residents.

Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
