The House Manager is a vital part of the residential services that Citywide provides to our SUD clients. As a House Manager you will be responsible for the following duties: YOU ARE REQUIRED TO STAY IN THE HOUSE 24 HOURS. FOUR DAYS ON AND THREE DAYS OFF. This position does not offer benefits.

  • Ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Dual Diagnosis clients mental/substance abuse
  • Medication Management
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the individuals being supported
  • Provide supervision and support needed to assure that each residence presents a clean, neat and safe environment, this includes, but is not limit to assuring that the residence will pass safety and environmental inspections.
  • Provide live-in supervision to sober living residents
  • Monitor client recovery activities
  • Supervise clientele in assignment of duties that contributes to upkeep of the living space
  • Must have a deep understanding and appreciation for a recovery lifestyle.
  • Enforce expectations and guidelines
  • Facilitate new resident intake procedures, as well as discharge procedures as needed.
  • Facilitate regular house meetings to foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative environment, addressing housekeeping issues, community concerns, and other issues that may come up.
  • Efficiently handle complaints, settle disputes, resolving grievances, conflicts, and other mediation.
  • Strong observant skills to know when a client is in danger or need help.
  • Ability to exercise


Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Supplemental Pay:
