(Delcambre, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a General Laborer for housekeeping and light maintenance support within a plant environment.
Essential Duties:
• Perform general housekeeping inside and outside of the plant
• Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment
• Assist with light maintenance tasks such as painting
• Keep tools, materials, and equipment stored neatly and properly
• Support team with basic labor tasks as needed
Requirements/Skills:
• Ability to perform general labor and follow instructions
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
• Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks
• Reliable and able to work extended hours when required
• No mechanical or electrical experience required
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Capable of working 10–12 hour shifts
• Must be able to work 5–6 days per week
• Must wear appropriate work attire including boots (steel toe may be required), jeans, and work t-shirt
