Required Qualifications

- 15+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java backend development.
- Strong experience with React and modern frontend development.
- Demonstrated practical experience using AI tools in software development, automation, or business solutions.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding, prompt engineering, code generation, or workflow automation.
- Ability to identify opportunities to integrate AI into application development and technical solutions.
- Strong technical design, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing and supporting enterprise-grade applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
