Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles with a strong emphasis on scheduling.
• 3 years of proven expertise in developing and managing project schedules using industry-standard scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• 3 years of strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies related to scheduling and controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience in a global organization and managing projects in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of fully logic-driven Primavera P6 schedules.
• Ownership of baseline schedules, change integration, and re-baseline governance.
• Independent critical path and near-critical path analysis.
• Schedule risk identification and recovery scenario modeling.
• Progress validation and schedule integrity checks.
