Comm1Data is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Telecommunications Technician to join our team!
\n
We are looking for a hands-on technician who takes pride in quality work, understands the importance of customer service, and can confidently handle both telecommunications cabling and service work.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing\n
- \n
- Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot telecommunications cabling
- Perform service calls, troubleshooting, repairs, and system maintenance
- Install and support business telephone systems and related equipment
- Work with customers to identify and resolve telecommunications issues
- Assist with hosted voice and cloud-based communications solutions
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized job site
- Travel to customer locations as needed

📞 Experience With\n
Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:

- Avaya
- Nortel
- Samsung
- Hosted/Cloud Voice Solutions
- Business telephone systems
- Structured cabling and telecommunications infrastructure

\n
\n
📹 Camera / Video Surveillance Experience is a strong plus.
