POSITION OVERVIEW
\n
Seeking a dedicated End User Support Technician to deliver high-touch, onsite technical assistance within the local IT Support organization. Reporting to the IT Service Desk Operations Lead, the candidate will resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime for office and factory floor personnel, ensuring optimal end-user productivity and operational continuity.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide daily hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for desktop, laptop, and mobile device hardware and software issues.
\n
• Support end-users directly across both office environments and factory floor operational areas.
\n
• Manage and track the local desktop hardware and software inventory to maintain full availability and operational readiness.
\n
• Deliver exceptional client-facing technical support with high customer satisfaction and clear communication.
\n
• Document support activities, maintain asset records, and execute proactive problem-solving procedures.
