Help Build the Future of Construction Technology
\n
At Chase Construction Group, we're not just building projects—we're building smarter ways to work. We're looking for a CMiC Application & Implementation Analyst with hands-on CMiC experience who can help us optimize, implement and expand the platform across our organization.
\n
This is not a cybersecurity, database administration or traditional IT help desk role. We're specifically seeking candidates who have worked directly with CMiC or closely related construction ERP platforms and understand how technology supports construction operations, finance and project teams.
\n
\n
The ideal candidate brings experience with software implementation, configuration, process improvement and user adoption. You'll help ensure CMiC isn't simply supported—it is effectively implemented, continuously improved and fully leveraged across the business.
\n
You'll play a key role in supporting and advancing the CMiC platform that powers Chase's project operations, finance, payroll and field teams. This is an opportunity to have a measurable impact on how technology is implemented and used across a growing construction organization.
\n
\n
What You'll Do
\n
\n
CMiC Implementation & Optimization
\n
- \n
- Support the implementation, configuration and ongoing optimization of CMiC modules and functionality across the organization.
- Partner with business leaders and users to translate operational needs into effective CMiC workflows, configurations and solutions.
- Participate in software rollouts, module implementations, upgrades, testing and change-management initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to expand CMiC functionality and improve adoption across Finance, Job Costing, Project Management, Procurement, Payroll and related functions.
- Help develop and refine business processes to ensure technology supports how teams work in the field and office.
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Application Support & Troubleshooting
\n
- \n
- Provide hands-on application support for CMiC across key business functions.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, workflow interruptions, data inconsistencies and configuration challenges.
- Distinguish between user training needs, process issues, application defects and configuration problems.
- Partner with CMiC, internal stakeholders and third-party technology providers as needed to resolve complex issues.
- Identify root causes and develop practical, sustainable solutions rather than short-term fixes.
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
User Experience, Training & Adoption
\n
- \n
- Serve as a trusted CMiC resource for project teams, finance professionals and operational leaders.
- Help employees understand and effectively use CMiC functionality.
- Support training and onboarding related to new modules, workflows, enhancements and system changes.
- Gather user feedback and identify opportunities to improve workflows, functionality and adoption.
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Systems & Integration
\n
- \n
- Support integrations between CMiC and business-critical platforms such as DocuSign, Corpay, Textura, Concur, Prophix and other construction and operational technologies.
- Assist with implementation, testing and troubleshooting of integrations and system enhancements.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI is a plus.
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Data & Reporting
\n
- \n
- Understand how information flows across CMiC modules and business processes.
- Use data to troubleshoot application issues, validate system functionality and support decision-making.
- Assist with reporting and analytics efforts by helping ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Working knowledge of SQL is helpful, but this is not a database administration or SQL development position.
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Continuous Improvement
\n
- \n
- Identify opportunities to improve CMiC workflows, configurations and business processes.
- Document implementations, system changes, issues, solutions and best practices.
- Recommend enhancements that improve system performance, user experience and operational efficiency.
- Help establish scalable processes as Chase Construction Group continues to grow.
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
