About the role
\n
Hands-on infrastructure leader to stand up full IT infrastructure site-by-site across a growing data center portfolio — servers, networking, security, and end-user services — while building the centralized operations to run it all. Structured as a growth role with a clear path into a CIO position.

What you'll do
\n
- \n
- Core infrastructure — server provisioning and the application stack each site runs on
- Networking — Cisco (or equivalent) switching, routing, and site-to-site connectivity
- Security — firewalls, network segmentation, and overall cybersecurity posture
- End-user services — corporate email, guest Wi-Fi, and contractor Wi-Fi access
- Build and run a virtual NOC (Network Operations Center) to monitor the full portfolio
- Stand up and manage a trouble-ticketing system and support workflow
- Coordinate vendors and on-site contractors during data center bring-up

What we're looking for
\n
- \n
- 3–7 years in IT infrastructure / network administration, ideally multi-site or data center exposure
- Hands-on with servers, Cisco networking, firewalls, and core business IT (email, Wi-Fi, identity)
- Experience setting up or running a NOC and/or ticketing system (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, etc.)
- Solid cybersecurity fundamentals
- Comfortable being hands-on now while building the systems and team to scale later
- Ambition and aptitude to grow into a CIO role
