We're seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Real Estate Buyer's Agent to help prospective homebuyers navigate the purchasing process from start to finish. In this role, you'll cultivate new client relationships, identify buyers' priorities, recommend homes that align with their goals, and provide outstanding service throughout the transaction.

Compensation:
$135,000+ commission based income
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers through consistent outreach and timely follow-up.
- Welcome new leads into the sales process and guide them confidently from their initial inquiry through closing.
- Represent the team at open houses and community events to connect with potential clients and expand your network.
- Consult with buyers to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and financial goals, then identify homes that meet their criteria.
- Serve as a trusted resource throughout the home-buying journey by communicating with all parties involved to help ensure a smooth transaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while helping clients make informed home-buying decisions.
Qualifications:
- An active VA real estate license
- Valid U.S. driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Open to feedback, eager to learn, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
