Key Responsibilities:
\n
• Lead Cluster Management: Drive the design, deployment, and administration of enterprise-scale Apache Kafka & Confluent Platform clusters.
\n
• Architect Solutions: Optimize Schema Registry, Kafka Connect, Avro, and KSQL/ksqlDB.
\n
• Build & Automate: Develop distributed microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
\n
• Scale Infrastructure: Manage ZooKeeper/KRaft transitions, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
\n
• Ensure Performance: Champion production tuning, observability, low-latency, and high availability.
\n
\n
What You Need to Bring:
\n
• 10+ years in Software Development or Systems Engineering.
\n
• 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on Kafka/Confluent administration.
\n
• Strong proficiency in Java and distributed microservices architecture.
\n
• Deep experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and Infrastructure as Code.
