Senior Maintenance Technician

Location: King of Prussia, PA
Schedule: B Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
Pay Rate: $25.71/hour

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team in King of Prussia, PA. This position plays a critical role in ensuring production equipment and facility systems operate safely and efficiently through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Maintain and organize maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Fabricate, repair, and replace machine parts as needed.
• Track and maintain maintenance parts inventory.
• Operate and maintain maintenance equipment and shop tools.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using hand tools and shop equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a dusty environment.
• Availability to work B or C shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Reliable attendance and a strong willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance or general mechanical repair.
• Technical training, certification, or degree in Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Electrical or controls troubleshooting experience.
• Machine shop experience, including mills, lathes, drill presses, welding, or metal fabrication.
• Experience with rigging or operating lifting equipment.
