Job DescriptionEpic Personnel Partners is seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor in Ruther Glen, VA.
Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Supervise the day-to-day activities of the maintenance employees. Responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems.
Location: Ruther Glen, VASalary: $42,500 - $52,000 / YR
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas, including proper product placement and maintenance of dock areas, aisles, break areas, bathrooms, and shipping offices.
- Determine materials, equipment, and supplies needed; oversee transfers between projects as required.
- Conduct periodic inspections to assess facility condition, diagnose issues, and take corrective actions.
- Plan and schedule routine maintenance tasks; prioritize work assignments.
- Maintain and repair equipment and materials, handling complex maintenance tasks as needed.
- Supervise skilled and semi-skilled maintenance personnel in areas such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and related tasks.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance.
- Fulfill other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office software
- Interact effectively with all levels of management
- Manage and lead a diverse workforce
- Make independent decisions and solve problems with minimal direction
- Analyze logical relationships and draw conclusions from facts and evidence
- Experience with HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinkler Systems, Carpentry, Warehouse Maintenance.
