Job DescriptionIMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join the maintenance team at a Housing Cooperative. If you have experience in general maintenance and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you!Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential units and property.
- Respond promptly to maintenance work orders.
- Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, and other building systems.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, available 24 hours a day for one week each month.
Qualifications:
- Strong plumbing knowledge preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and structural systems.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to perform maintenance duties.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license required.
