✅ Start at a 50% commission contract. Our average client pays $1,200 annually, putting one sale at approximately $600 in commission.

✅ Annual producer earnings: $75K on average, 200K–400K for top performers, and 500K–1M for elite performers. Our highest earner makes $1.5M. Earnings depend on performance.
