What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years multifamily or apartment maintenance experience
- Strong HVAC skills + EPA Type II or Universal certification
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building systems
- Pool maintenance experience and CPO certification a plus
- Basic tools, reliable transportation, and availability for after-hours emergencies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and perform all aspects of apartment maintenance and property upkeep
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians and groundskeepers
- Complete work orders and prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
- Coordinate and oversee vendor services
- Manage maintenance inventory and budget
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
