Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems and structures.
- Building technician
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve building system issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in building maintenance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
