We are seeking an experienced SAP FSCM Functional Lead / Solution Architect with strong expertise in Financial Supply Chain Management, Credit-to-Cash, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading end-to-end SAP FSCM implementations and global template rollouts across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Lead end-to-end SAP FSCM solution design, implementation, and global rollout activities.
- Conduct business workshops and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Design and configure FSCM Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management.
- Provide strong expertise in Accounts Receivable / FI-AR and Credit-to-Cash processes.
- Design collection strategies, worklists, promise-to-pay processes, segmentation, and dispute workflows.
- Implement credit risk assessment, scoring, exposure management, credit limits, and credit checks.
- Integrate FSCM with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SD, Treasury, FI-AR, and Business Partner/Master Data.
- Support global template design, governance, localization, and regional deployments.
- Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, data migration validation, hypercare, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and regional deployment teams.

Required Qualifications
\n
- \n
- 10+ years of SAP Finance experience, including 7+ years of SAP FSCM.
- Multiple successful full-lifecycle SAP FSCM implementations.
- Strong experience with:
- SAP FSCM Credit Management
- Collections Management
- Dispute Management
- Accounts Receivable / FI-AR
- Credit-to-Cash / O2C
- Experience with both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong integration knowledge across SD, FI-AR, Treasury, and SAP Business Partner.
- Experience with global template development, governance, and international rollouts.
- Proven ability to lead business workshops and work with senior stakeholders.
- Global rollout experience across North America, Europe, APAC, and LATAM.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP S/4HANA FSCM implementation experience.
- Central Finance / Global Shared Services experience.
- Exposure to FSCM Workflow, BRF+, Fiori, and SAP Business Partner.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance or FSCM certification.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Pharma, Consumer Products, or Healthcare.
