Director of Housekeeping/Maintenance - LTC Located in Stamford, CT&nbsp; Salary: $70K - $85K; Depending On Experience
&nbsp;
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must have long-term care experience</li>
<li>Must have experience as a Director of Maintenance &amp; Housekeeping in long-term care</li>
<li>Must be extremely hands-on</li>
<li>Must have excellent problem-solving skills both one-on-one and in group situations</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>The Housekeeping/Maintenance Director&nbsp;is responsible for the development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of maintenance, housekeeping and laundry services within the facility</li>
<li>Hands on maintenance is a must</li>
<li>Must be able to communicate information effectively to appropriate personnel regarding emergency situations.</li>
<li>Must be knowledgeable of laundry practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing laundry functions in the long-term care facility.</li>
