Job DescriptionMaintenance TechnicianPay: $20.00 per hour.
Schedule: Monday - Friday.Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm (5-8 hours per day)
Job Type: Part-Time, Month-to-Month with Potential for Permanent Employment.

Our client is a well-established hospitality property located in Ashland, Oregon, serving guests visiting local universities, cultural attractions, and the surrounding Southern Oregon region. Their property features over 60 guest accommodations and a variety of guest amenities, requiring ongoing maintenance and upkeep to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. They take pride in providing excellent guest experiences and are seeking a dependable maintenance professional to help maintain their high standards.
This role is currently offered on a month-to-month basis as they look for the right long-term fit. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity for the position to become permanent.
Essential Job DutiesPerform general property maintenance and repairs
Complete drywall repairs and touch-ups
Handle basic plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
Perform basic electrical maintenance and repairs
Assist with routine property upkeep and maintenance tasks
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and managementRequirementsPrior maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of: drywall repair, basic plumbing, basic electrical work
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
Ability to safely work on ladders
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
