As a Security Officer Access Control Driver Role in HOPE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving Access Control Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor entry points, verify badges and credentials, and support daily site operations. You will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
Monitor access control points by verifying credentials, processing visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries, and documenting entry and exit activity according to site guidelines.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, production areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
Support screening and checkpoint operations by monitoring gates, doors, and restricted areas, helping to control authorized access for employees, vendors, and transportation personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
A guard card and/or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
