Project Coordinator: This pivotal role serves as the primary communication hub between the Harmon Project Management Team and the sales partners. They must excel at teamwork and be highly organized, playing a crucial part in our operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Read and communicate notes on all projects to prospective sales partners.
Identify and address each sales partner's concerns and/or questions.
Have multiple daily interactions with the Sales Partners, Operations team, and Project Managers.
Help maintain and update communication notes on the software platform.
Must be willing to have correspondence over the phone.
Be professional at all times.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to always maintain a positive attitude.

Harmon Electric is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist the Project Manager.

What makes a great Project Coordinator?

A basic understanding of construction documents.
Minimum of 2 years job-related experience.
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, efficient, and reliable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptable to planned tasks or schedule changes.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude always.
Ability to work 40 hours per week or more if required.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

Requires exercising discretion in decision-making and maintaining strict confidentiality for company proprietary information.
