Custodian (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Locations: Crafton & Perrysville areas in Pittsburgh
Job Overview:
Arbors Management is seeking a reliable Custodian to assist with maintaining our senior living communities in Crafton and Perrysville. This position can be Full-Time or Part-Time. Our Custodians play a vital role in keeping our buildings clean, safe, and welcoming for our senior residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Common Areas: Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
- Apartment Turnovers: Deep clean vacant units to prepare them for new residents.
- Groundskeeping: Handle trash removal, sweep sidewalks, and assist with winter snow/ice removal.
- Compliance: Adhere to safety policies and HUD/Section 8 building standards.
Qualifications:
- Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel to the Crafton and/or Perrysville properties.
- Resident-First Attitude: Respectful and professional communication with senior residents.
- Physical Stamina: Able to handle standard custodial work (lifting, sweeping, standing).
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is a plus.
- Ability to pass criminal background and drug screens.
